Condit's Dance Hall, Revere Beach, Mass.
Oceanview Ballroom was previously known as Spanish Gables and also in the beginning as Condits Ballroom. This Ballroom was built in 1904 by Mr. Condit and Mr. Roughan of Charlestown after which Roughans Point is named today.
After World War II, it was reopened as the Oceanview Ballroom. It was destroyed by fire December, 1959.
