Our Return Policy

Regarding returns, we must be notified of a return within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We only accept returns for the full purchased amount for plus shipping for items that arrived damaged or if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise the buyer pays for return shipping costs and is refunded the cost of the item minus the shipping amount and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Any items returned to us in degraded condition, with items missing, or with substitutions, will not be refunded.

Our return policy does not apply to books sold via Amazon.com since they have their own return policy and thus the buyer must contact them for a return and not us.
