Suffolk Downs unveiled the 3D model for the proposed resort casino complex yesterday, put on display in the Topsider Room of the present race tract in East Boston.
Suffolk Downs unveiled a 3-D model Wednesday of its $1 billion casino proposal. The model will be available for public viewing in April.
Partnered with Caesars Entertainment, Suffolk Downs 161-acre project would have two hotels with approximately 450 rooms, entertainment spaces and nightclubs, and up to 10 restaurants. The casino would have about 200,000-square-feet of gambling space with 4,000 to 4,200 slot machines and 175 gaming tables.
Wynn Resorts Development in Everett, a competing proposal for the one gaming licence in Greater Boston, also released a rendering of its project Wednesday.
